Safeguarding – Mercedes-Benz World

Safeguarding.

Statement of Policy

MB UK aims to maintain a safe and welcoming environment on all its sites for staff and individual and external visitors, contractors and students who access its facilities and services. We promote a culture of safeguarding within MBUK and its wider community, where everyone understands the importance of keeping everyone safe and understands how to seek help. We are committed to meeting our duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of all children and young people who visit any MBUK site and recognises its role in identifying cases of suspected abuse and making referrals to the appropriate investigating agency.

We take seriously our responsibility and duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and adults at risk and expect all our staff to adhere to our safeguarding policy and procedures and to familiarise themselves with these documents.

At Mercedes-Benz World, we believe everyone should be encouraged to speak up when they have concerns about sensitive matters, in a safe and confidential way. If you would like to a raise a matter in confidence, please contact us at Mercedes-benzworld@mercedes-benz.com.

We are here to listen and will take all concerns that you raise seriously.
